The piano course comes with three hours of individual lessons as standard. One of the lessons will be delivered online before arriving in Manchester on August 13th. CIPPS Part one and part two
(Tuesday 17th – Friday 20th and Saturday 22nd – Wednesday 25th inclusive)
8.45am-11am – Teaching Session 1
10.45am-11.30am – Coffee
11.30am-1pm – Teaching Session 2
12.30pm-1.45pm – Lunch
2.30pm-4.45pm – Teaching Session 3
Students will each be assigned a personal teacher or teachers for the duration of each chosen course. For every course booked they will receive one to one lessons totalling three hours, with a lesson every day. There will also be group workshops – an ideal opportunity for performance and discussions.
Teaching from the Carole Nash Hall will be live streamed throughout the day for observers and participants. In addition all lectures and recitals from Stoller Hall will be live streamed.
There will be opportunities to perform in the student recitals which take place throughout the course, as well as recording opportunities.
All of the tuition on the summer school is open to observers, and participants will be able to listen to lessons from as many other tutors on the course as they wish.
