New for 2020 - quiz night in the bar. After a full day of intense lessons, workshops and inspirational recitals, relax with a drink and enjoy a fun end to the evening. Interesting musical prizes guaranteed.    

Tai Chi

Tai Chi's physical movements serve as effective sensitivity and awareness exercises that keep the body flexible, reduce stress and tone and strengthen muscles.

Teaching session 1

Lessons begin from 9am - do observe if you don't have a lesson scheduled. It is very rare to have so many amazing teachers all together under one roof!

Alexander Technique

The final sessions for Alexander Technique lessons with the inspirational James Crow. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Teaching session 2

Lessons continue throughout the school. Hundreds of hours of lessons happen throughout the summer school and all are open to observe.

The final lessons of the day in all rooms throughout the school.
