Course - Improvisation

Step into a world of spontaneous musical expression with our Improvisation Course, where imagination meets mastery. An exciting opportunity to develop your extemporising skills under the guidance of some of the world’s most inspiring and accomplished improvisers, each bringing their own distinctive voice and approach to the art of improvisation.

Over the course of three hours of individual tuition, you’ll receive personalised guidance tailored to your experience and interests.

You’ll also take part in collaborative workshops and enjoy opportunities to perform, all within a supportive and creatively charged environment.

 Styles explored include:

  • The rich harmonic language of jazz

  • The expressive freedom of modern improvisation

  • The elegant structures of classical extemporisation
