CIPPS Part one and Part two

(Individual lessons take place on Thursday 13th – Sunday 16th and Tuesday 18th – Friday 21st inclusive)

8.45am-11am – Teaching Session 1
10.45am-11.30am – Coffee
11.30am-1pm – Teaching Session 2
12.30pm-1.45pm – Lunch
2.45pm-5pm – Teaching Session 3

Students will be given a dedicated teacher, or teachers, for the duration of each chosen course. For every course booked they will receive a daily one to one individual lesson in addition to a group workshop  – an ideal opportunity for performance and discussions.

Every day there are  ‘drop-in’ performance and practise group  sessions scheduled for additional support to the individual lessons.

New in 2026 there will be a daily drop in Scales and exercise workshop, and an ensemble class – allowing for some enjoyable duet playing.

There will be opportunities to perform in the student recitals which take place throughout the course, as well as recording opportunities.

All of the tuition on the summer school is open to observers, and participants will be able to listen to lessons from as many other tutors on the course as they wish.
