Tai Chi
Ease into the busy day ahead with a gentle session of Tai Chi. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

From 9am lessons take place in all the teaching rooms throughout the school.

After coffee, the faculty continue working with the participants in individual lessons. Observers are always welcome to sit in.
